In case you haven't been paying attention to my DOOM outlook, I'd like to inform anyone interested that I have gone through a fairly dramatic change with regard to my perception of DOOM during the last 8-12 months.   A year ago, I was a "fast collapse" kinda guy.  And now I'm in the VERY VERY SLOW collapse camp.  In short, this transition was primarily the result of some retro thinking about some DD SUN thread where Roamer flat out said he is pretty confident the collapse (if it evah REALLY shows up) will be slow. A secondary contributing factor is MKing offering some facts that my "usual sources" do not seem to have or understand.
